Think about taking charge of your life – only eat if you’re hungry and stop when you’re satisfied.
Use self hypnosis or go and see a hypnotherapist and don’t beat yourself up when things go wrong because all you are doing is reinforcing negative messages into your brain and that awful feeling of failure.
You haven’t failed, you’re human and you can’t stick to such few calories in the long term because your body goes into survival mode and stores for ready for your next fast or diet.
Listen to your body, and let dieting take a back seat – if you eat ice cream etc, make sure you’re hungry…enjoy and taste it, then stop when you are satisfied..you will feel good, in charge and guilt free!!!
